香蕉烙饼做法图片,产妇便秘能吃香蕉吗

保持大便通畅。因为便秘可诱发痛经和增加疼痛感,所以要多吃蜂蜜、香蕉、、白薯等。香蕉份,奶粉份,水份。

材料 低筋面粉1又1/2杯,蛋1个,香蕉2根,奶水2杯,细砂糖1/3杯
做法 (1)先将香蕉去皮后捣成泥。
(2)加入鸡蛋打匀再加入奶水及细砂糖拌匀,最后再加入过筛的面粉搅拌均匀。
(3)用平底锅以中火预热,涂上一层奶油再倒入面煳,用小火慢慢煎至金黄色即可。
(4)将煎好的香蕉烙饼,趁热�云鹎衅�食用。
